Terms and Conditions

Welcome to A To Z Steelloys Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By engaging in business with us, you (“Client”, “Customer”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all sales, quotations, deliveries, and services provided by A To Z Steelloys Pvt. Ltd.

1. Pricing and Quotations:
All prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs or market conditions. Quotations are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Final prices will be confirmed upon order placement.

2. Orders and Confirmation:
Orders must be submitted in writing via email or purchase order and are subject to acceptance by A To Z Steelloys Pvt. Ltd. We reserve the right to reject or modify any order at our discretion. No order shall be considered confirmed until a written confirmation is issued by us.

3. Payment Terms:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made in advance or as per the terms stated in the invoice. Delays in payment may attract interest at the rate of 18% per annum or the maximum allowed under applicable law. Title of goods remains with the Company until full payment is received.

4. Delivery and Risk:
Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any delay due to force majeure, transportation issues, or supplier constraints. Risk of goods passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our warehouse.

5. Inspection and Claims:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect goods upon receipt. Any claims regarding defects, damages, or shortages must be made within 48 hours of delivery. No returns will be accepted without prior written approval.

6. Warranty and Liability:
Our liability is limited to the replacement of defective products or a refund of the purchase price, at our discretion. We do not accept any responsibility for consequential or indirect losses, including loss of profits or business.

7. Governing Law These Terms and Con:
ditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

8. Modifications:
A To Z Steelloys Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
